Halong-Lan Ha looks like a movie set. On this Doria 5 cruise you sleep in a private balcony cabin with a bathtub, then spend your days kayaking, swimming, and exploring limestone caves and villages.
I really like two things here: the Chef-led cooking class (you actually practice dishes like spring rolls) and the chance to get out of the boats at Viet Hai Village by bike or electric car. It turns a sightseeing cruise into something more hands-on and local.
