I’ll Be Back

Posted by on April 14, 2013

I just couldn't resist it! After several trip to Ho Chi Minh City I decided to make just one more trip. Except this one is permanent! I am now living in Ho Chi Minh City and lovin every hot humid day of it.
But even as much as I love it, you just have to take a break from the heat and bustle of the city and it's 8 million motobikes. So off we went to a trip to Dat Lac province, one of the largest areas of coffee growing in Vietnam. The air is definitely cooler and less humid during the dry season, but from what I've been told the rainy season is nothing but rain, rain and more rain,

It just happens to be Tet, the Lunar New Year and it is celebrated throughout the country for 3 days. People take several weeks off from work and leave the city, as we did to visit their hometown
